Smoked Salmon and Black Olive Spread

3/4 pound smoked salmon
or lox
1 package cream cheese
- softened -- (8 oz.)
4 ounces
dry cottage cheese
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 cup
minced black olives (oil cured or nicoise
- remember to pit them)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Mince the smoked salmon then blend with cream cheese and cottage cheese. Blend in onion,
olives, salt, pepper. Chill briefly.
