EASY LASAGNA
1 lb ground beef
3 1/2 c (32 oz jar) thick spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c water
2 c (15 oz container) ricotta cheese
3 c (12 oz) shredded mozzarella
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c chopped parsley
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
8 oz lasagne noodles, uncooked
Brown beef; drain. Add spaghetti sauce and water; simmer about 10 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients, except noodles, for filling. Pour about 1c
sauce on bottom of 13x9x2 baking pan. Layer 3 pieces of uncooked noodles
over sauce; cover with about 1 1/2 cups sauce. Spread 1/2 of cheese
filling over sauce. Repeat layers; top with a layer of noodles and
remaining sauce.
Cover and bake @ 350 for 55 - 60 minutes. Uncover and bake about 10
minutes more. Remove from oven and allow it to stand about 10 minutes
before cutting for easier handling.
