Grilled Steak

Preparation time: 1 hour for marinade + 15 minutes grilling
Marinate steak (at least one and a quarter inch thick) in a marinade of
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
Turn from time to time for about an hour (or longer) then grill on high
about 3.5 min on a side for med rare.
