Cheese Sauce - Low Carb Recipes
Well i have a simple one. Grate up a bunch of extra sharp cheddar cheese.
In a pot warmup about 1/8 stick of butter and about a half cup cream.
Leave this on a heat hot enough for steam to rise a TEENSY BIT and slowly
sprinkle in the cheese while stirring. It will be real nice and smooth
and everything when you are done. A teaspoon of mustard will add some
tang if you like. A half teaspon of horseradish will give bite. You can
also add a touch of texas pete for kick. Course by the time you do that
the sauce is not standard cheese sauce but its all optional.
