Jalapeno Cheese bread

I have 3 recipes for this, hope this one is the best. I have a recipes club and a ton of recipes so hope you enjoy. "Rose's Recipe Swap"
 
Jalapeno Cheese bread
 
8 c. all-purpose flour
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. minced jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. hot water
3 Pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. pork lard or vegetable oil
 
Combine and stir for 10 minutes. Bake at 375  for 1 hour.
