Slice in half and set in dehydrator until hard

Slice into small pieces and set on drying rack in well ventilated area

Hang the whole plant upside down and wait until peppers are dry

Place on cookie sheet in oven for at least 24 hours on lowest setting

• Then use as is OR

• String into a ristra OR

• Smash into small chunks to use as flakes OR

• Toss in blender and blend into powder (do  NOT inhale!)
