Caesar or Italian Dressing
Here's a Caeser dressing...leave out the egg and anchovy and you have a nice Italian
too.
In blender put 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, about 10 garlic cloves, tbls season salt, 1/2
tbls. dry mustard, 3 or 4 anchovies, salt & pepper to taste, 4 egg yolks. Blend
while adding 2 cups of olive oil. Throw in some locatelli cheese (and basil and/ or
parsley for color if you want). Adjust spices to taste.
