Cajun Spices for Blackened Fish
CAJUN SPICES for BLACKENED FISH
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp cracked black pepper
1-1+1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Brush melted butter on fish, sprinkle on the spices and then fry in butter.
