'Sausage'-Style Hash Browns

*I have never tried this because I live with a meat eater who hates tofu.
And, to be perfectly honest, I've never been overly thrilled with it,
either.  It could be that I've never made it right, I don't know.  But
someone asked about a tofu recipe and this was in my MasterCook files.*

                          Tofu Chive Sour Cream

     1/2         pound   soft tofu
     1/4         pound   firm tofu
     1/2                 lemon -- juice of
  1         tablespoon  vegetable oil
  1           teaspoon   vinegar -- (to 1 1/2 tsp)
                        salt to taste
                        minced chives to taste

     In a food processor, puree tofu until smooth and creamy.   With motor
running, drizzle in lemon juice and oil, a little at a time.       Stir in
vinegar, salt, and chives.  Refrigerate for about 6 hours to mellow and
blend flavors.
