Title: Chinese Mustard Sauce

3 tb Chinese mustard powder
3 tb Beer
-don't use regular mustard
1/2 c Chinese plum or duch
1/2 ts Soy sauce
Combine the mustard powder, soy sauce and beer in a small bowl. Mix w
until all the lumps disappear. If the sauce is runny, add more powder
too dry, add a little more beer. Allow the mustard sauce to stand at
temp for 30 minutes before servinge. Real Chinese mustard has a seari
