Sour Cream Plum Pie
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
2 1/2 cups sliced plums
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp quick cooking tapioca
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 Tbsp butter
2 eggs
12 oz sour cream
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Toss the plums with the sugar, tapioca, and spices. Turn into pie shell. Gently
press plums into a solid layer. Dot with butter. In a blender, mix eggs, sour
cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Pour vary gently over the plums. Bake
at 250 for 50 - 60 minutes.
