Chile Roll-ups
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 can Ortega diced green chilies (4 oz.)
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, chopped
4 flour tortillas (6-inch)
chunky salsa for dipping
In bowl, blend together cheeses, chilies, green onions and olives. Spread
cheese mixture on each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla tightly (jelly roll
fashion). Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and chill at least 1 hour before
serving. Cut into eighths for each roll and serve with salsa for dipping.
