Cream Cheese and Ham Pinwheels
1 package of flat bread
1 container cream cheese with pineapple
1 pound sliced ham from deli
1 can roasted red peppers
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on bread. Place a layer of ham over this.
Dry peppers on paper towel (just so they're not too juicy.) Scatter these here
and there over ham (don't entirely cover) Roll up bread and wrap in Saran wrap.
Just before serving, slice into 1 inch slices. These are best made the night
before so the roll is nice and firm when cut.
