Hoisin Smoked-Turkey Spirals
Hoisin Smoked-Turkey Spirals
4 10-inch flour tortillas
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
2 cups thinly sliced smoked turkey; 8 ounces
4 large leaves leaf lettuce; or
enough spinach to cover tortillas
These are truly fast and easy to make but your guests will think you spent
hours in the kitchen.
Spread each tortilla with hoisin sauce; sprinkle with green onions.
Arrange turkey in single layer, not overlapping, over tortilla, leaving
1-inch border around edge. Cover turkey with lettuce leaf. Roll up tightly,
jelly-roll fashion.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or for up
to 6 hours.
Cut each on the diagonal into 12 slices; discard or eat ends.
Add cooked, cooled asparagus spears as a variation.
