Caesar Salad
I know this recipe will not "set" well with the true Caesar salad
enthusiasts, but it's quick and I believe wonderful
Caesar Salad
1/2 cup oil (peanut or vegetable)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
dash of salt
one egg
2-3 fillets of anchovies
Put all ingredients in a blender. Mix till smooth. Pour over your favorite
lettuce (I recommend romaine). Add 1/4 cup of parmesean cheese and croutons to
taste.
We actually add a little more lemon because we like the lemon taste. Again, I know
this is'nt your true-blue Caesar, but it's just as good!
