16 Ounces red salmon
1 Tablespoon minced onion
2 Cloves garlic -- minced
3 Tablespoons parsley
8 Ounces cream cheese
1/8 Teaspoon liquid smoke -- OR
--Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Cup almonds -- toasted and sliced

Combine salmon. cheese, onion, liquid smoke and garlic in bowl. Shape into
a log. Mix sliced almonds and parsley. Roll log in mixture, then wrap in
plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. By rudolph@1st.net
