Cajun Catfish
Cajun Catfish
2 lbs. of catfish fillets.
bottled Cajun Sauce
Sliced onion
Chives
pepper.
Rinse catfish fillets well and pat dry. Pour bottled Cajun sauce over fish
putting sauce on all sides of each fillet. Let it marinate for a couple of hours
in refrigerator. Place foil on the bottom of a cookie sheet and spray it with
Pam. Place the catfish on the foil. Put some more Cajun Sauce on the catfish and
Sprinkle sliced onion over the fish. Sprinkle with some chives and a little
pepper. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes or until it flakes. It's delicious.
