Salmon Patties
Salmon Patties
1 large can salmon
1 onion, sliced
1 egg
1/2 - 1 cup bread crumbs
salt & pepper
butter or margarine
Remove bones from salmon. Saute onion in butter. Add to salmon with egg enough
bread crumbs to hold together. Make patties and fry in butter or margarine.
Serve with tartar sauce.
