Broccoli with Cheese Sauce

*Does anybody have a recipe for a Broccoli (sp?) Au Gratin or something *similar?
 
If you mean a broccoli with cheese sauce here's an easy way.
 
make a basic white sauce-melt butter, add flour and stir then milk. I guess maybe 2 tbs flor and 1 tbs flour...small saucepan.  Add whatever cheeses you like ( I use mostly sharp cheddar, small handful of locatelli and a piece of american) and stir while they melt.  A little dried mustard and season salt add a nice flavor.
 
Just pour that over the Broc and serve or you can bake it for a bit.
