Broiled Zucchini
Minda,
I have a great recipe for zuchini! I slice them long-ways and put them under the
broiler with olive oil drizzled on top, garlic, oregano, salt, and parmesan cheese.
Just broil them until slightly blackened or wilted (depende upon how crunchy you like your
vegies).
