Half and Half Potatoes
Half and Half Potatoes
This one takes a little time but worth the wait.
6-8 potatoes, unpeeled
1 package cheddar cheese, shredded
Quart of half and half, you may not need the whole quart
Seasoned salt ( I use Lowry)
Boil the potatoes until tender, place in the refrigerator to cool completely. Shred on the
large side of a grater. Layer some potato, seasoned salt, some cheddar. Continue
layering ending with cheese. Pour half and half over the potatoes, cover with plastic wrap
and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325: for about 1 hour or until lightly browned.
