Pasta Salad
Sorry this isn't quite in time, but it may be useful at a later time.
Cook enough of your prefered pasta (I often use rotini).
Pour a bottle of your favorite Italian salad dressing over it. the pasta will soak up a
fair bit of the dressing, so I usually use about 2/3 of a bottle for 1 lb pasta.
Add chopped onion, olives, greeen peppers, etc. Whatever seems like it might be good.
Let this sit in the fridge for at least three hours before serving. this allows the pasta
to soak up the dressing and become very tender.
I hope this is simple enough, and useful sometime.
