Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup long grain rice
1/4 cup crushed Fideo or Angel hair pasta
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
In a large frying pan melt butter. Add rice and pasta and saute until golden
brown. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Cook for
25 to 30 minutes until done. You can also add a little saut=E9ed green onion
and or some bacon bits to the mix before you cover the pan. Recipe from:
