No Fail Rice
No measuring, no worrying, no sticky rice !!
Put rinsed rice (secret is to rinse it well) into a saucepan ( any amount will do).
Pour water in the saucepan, the correct amount will be covering the top of the rice and
will meausure up to your first knuckle on your pointer finger, while the tip of your
finger rests on the top of the rice. Bring it to a boil. Reduce heat to med.and partially
remove lid from pan and wait until holes appear in top of rice.
Now cover and reduce heat to med-low and cook until rice is light and fluffy anywhere from
10 - 20 minutes, depending on the amount of rice. Rice will be perfect!!
