8 ounces lean beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup celery
1/2 cup green pepper
2 cloves garlic,minced
1 15 1/2 oz red Kidney beans
1 14 1/2 oz tomatoes, cut up
1/4 cup water
2 to 3 teaspoon chili powder
1/2teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil,crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a large sausepan cook meat,onion,celery,greenpepper,and garlic till meat is browned .
Drain off fat. Add the rest of the ingentants and bring to a boil and then cover and
simmer for 25 to 30 min. Makes four servings
I really enjoy this Chili it only has 264 cal and only 6 Grams of fat. To make it
alittle hotter add hot sauce or put it on the side. I hpe this would help you.
