Apple Raisin Pecan Stuffing

1 medium size tart apple cored and diced
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pecans coarsely chopped 
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
Pinch allspice
Salt to taste

Quickly saute apple in butter until apple begins to brown, about 2- 3
minutes. Remove from heat and stir in raisins, pecans and seasonings. Makes
a great pork chop stuffing.
