Deep Fried Turkey Marinade

1 cup golden Italian dressing
1 cup wine or sherry 
a little hot sauce.

Combine the dressing and wine. Season to taste with the hot sauce. 
Inject into the turkey and put in the refrigerator for 24
hours. Deep fry at 300 for 5 mins a pound. 
10-12 pound bird
