Sour Cream Belgian Waffles

Title: Sour Cream Belgian Waffles
Categories: Quickbreads
Yield: 4 Servings

3 Egg yolks
3/4 c Milk or buttermilk
1/2 c Melted butter or margarine
1 tb Vanilla extract
12 oz Sour cream
1 1/2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 tb Sugar

Mix egg yolks with milk or buttermilk. Add butter, vanilla and
sourcream. Beat well and add flour, baking powder, baking soda and
sugar. Beat mixture well. Beat whites to stiff peaks. Fold together
with batter. Bake and serve with whipped cream, strawberries, jam,
nuts, powdered sugar, butter, honey, yogurt, chocolate chips, or your
choice of toppings.

Yield: Approx. 11 squares

Separate: 4 eggs. Hold the whites.
