Baked Walleye
Baked Walleye2 Tbl. margarine
1/2 Cup whole wheat cracker crumbs
4 Walleye fillets
1/2 Tsp. seasoned salt
3 Tbl. canned milk

1. Melt margarine in sauce pan, stir in cracker crumbs.Place 1/2 cracker
crumb mixture on a bottom of a casserole dish.
2. Arrange fish over crumbs in casserole dish.
Sprinkle fish with seasoned salt and remaining cracker crumbs, pour milk
over fish.
3. Preheat overn to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 min. or until fish flakes
easily.
Serve with sauce of your choice or lemon wedges.
